Maps
The starting point for my maps was Madeleine de Scudéry's "Land of Tenderness," created in 1653. This conceptual map is not rooted in geographic accuracy but rather in the emotional experiences and ideals of affection and love. Its intricate borders may depict gardens and intimate gathering spaces, symbolising the ideals of courtly love and the complex dynamics of personal relationships.
